Motor racing sessions are available at the same prices as flight simulator sessions. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00; closed Sunday. Online payment is available once our secure booking service is activated.

Choose the length of the experience and whether it's for flight simulation or motor racing. Send an enquiry and we will contact you to arrange payment and voucher delivery. The recipient can contact our team to arrange their session, subject to availability.
Vouchers are issued only after confirmed payment. The recipient should book in advance. Validity, cancellation and refund terms must be published before going live. Gift vouchers are for one session of the selected duration and experience type.
Opening hours: Monday–Saturday 10:00–18:00 · Sunday closed. Sessions must finish by 18:00.

Do I need flying experience?
No previous flying experience is needed to enquire about a session. Please tell us if it's your first time so we can advise on a suitable simulator.
What are the age limitations or restrictions?
All children under 16yrs must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult aged 18ys or over.
Can I hire the motor racing simulator?
Yes. Motor racing experiences are available for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes at the same prices as our flight experiences. Send a booking request and we will confirm availability.
Can I buy a gift voucher without choosing a date?
Yes. Choose an experience and send us a voucher enquiry. We will contact you to arrange payment and delivery; no date is required.
How long can I book for?
Choose from 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Where is the simulator centre?
We're based in Diss, Norfolk. We'll provide the full visiting details when your booking is confirmed.
Can I buy a simulator or arrange a showroom visit?
Yes. The centre also operates as a showroom and demonstration facility. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Please contact us before booking if you need specific flexibility. The applicable cancellation terms will be provided during the booking process.

*** Age Restrictions and Supervision
Our simulator experiences are generally suitable for children aged 8 years and over, although minimum ages may vary depending on the simulator selected.
**Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult aged 18 or over**, who must remain on the premises throughout the experience.
Visitors aged 16 or 17 may attend without an accompanying adult, provided they have parental or guardian consent.
Some simulators, particularly fighter jet cockpits, motion platforms and motor racing equipment, may have additional age, height, weight or physical accessibility restrictions.
All participants must be able to sit safely, reach the controls and follow instructions. Our staff reserve the right to recommend an alternative simulator or decline participation where safety requirements cannot be met.
